Andropause sometimes called “male menopause” is a natural part of ageing in men. It happens when
testosterone levels gradually decline, usually from the age of 40 onwards. Unlike female menopause,
the changes are slower, but they can have a real impact on physical, emotional, and sexual wellbeing.
Signs & Symptoms of Andropause:
- Low energy and persistent tiredness
- Reduced sex drive or erectile difficulties
- Mood changes, irritability, or low mood
- Poor concentration and memory
- Sleep disturbances
- Loss of muscle mass and increased body fat
- Reduced confidence and motivation
