Clinical Governance
Khans Medical Services is developing a formal clinical governance framework in preparation for CQC registration, including:
- Regular clinical audits
- Incident reporting and learning systems
- Risk assessments
- Policy and procedure reviews
Staffing & Professional Standards
- All clinicians:
- Hold valid GMC registration
- Have NHS experience
- Undergo regular appraisal and revalidation
Safeguarding
We maintain safeguarding systems for:
- Vulnerable adults
- Young people
As the clinic progresses designated safeguarding lead will be formally appointed in line with regulatory requirements.
Infection Prevention & Control
We follow strict hygiene and infection control standards in line with best clinical practice.
